Through a Memorandum of Understanding signed in February 2009 with NCNM in Portland, Oregon, U.S.A., ICIM is receiving the counsel and support of NCNM in the ongoing process needed to reach and document the professional standards expected of naturopathic and classical Chinese medicine programs in recognized institutions of higher education in the United States.   www.ncnm.edu
